Applicable to Porters Season Pass Holders
The 2010 Season Pass will be vaild for the applicant's personal use from the date of issue until the close of the 2010 ski season at Porters Ski Area on all days when the lifts are operating. Mid-week Passes are valid Monday - Friday only.
Porters Ultimate Family pass applies only to members of an immediate family. The adult passes may be parents, grand-parents, or adult children of the immediate family. Porters management reserve the right to confirm all family make-ups prior to the issue of season passes.
Porters Ski Area Ltd reserves the right to decline any Season Pass application.
The Season Pass is non-transferable and is valid for the use of the applicant only.
The Season Pass holder is responsible for any unauthorised use of the Season Pass, unless the Season Pass has been reported lost or stolen. A $50 charge will be made for any replacement passes.
The Season Pass is non-refundable if revoked, where the holder no longer wishes to use it or where it can't be used due to unforseen circumstances.
The personal information provided in this application will be held by Porters Ski Area Ltd for the purpose of processing the Season Pass application and sending out information and updates from the ski area. You are welcome to update information we hold at any time or to ask that your name be removed from our mailing list.
Misconduct may result in the revocation of the Season Pass with no refund. Any decision will be at the sole discretion of the Porters Ski Area Management. The meaning of "Misconduct" includes reckless skiing or snowboarding, failure to obey all signs, closures and policies of the ski area, failure to obey the skiiers and snowboarders responsibility code, the supply of incorrect information herein or breach of any other term or condittion expressed or implied relating to the use of the ski area. Please familiarise yourself with the safety rules.

Porters Season Pass Warranty Option
Without purchasing the 2010 warranty pass option, the value of your season pass is non-transferable under any circumstances.
The prices of the warranty option is $50 for individual pass holders or $90 for a family. The warranty option fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The "Warranty Pass Option" is only available when purchased concurrently with your season pass.
The warranty pass option includes a snow conditions warranty. If you are not happy with the conditions of the snow you may transfer your season pass to the 2011 season.
If you need to claim against your warranty, we must receive your written request by the 15th of July 2010. We will not accept warranty claims after 16th of July 2010.
All 2010 warranty options are valid for the 2011 winter season, if the Warranty is not taken in the 2011, season the Warranty expires.
Refunds
Once purchased, the Early Bird Season Passes can not be refunded. However a warranty option can be purchased to enable the pass holder to transfer the season pass to the following season before the 15th of July 2010. We are happy to fully refund lift passes, hire of gear and any lessons purchased online and not redeemed.
Delivery
All pre-season passes, other than student passes and Ultimate Family passes, will be processed and posted out by 15 June 2010. Student passes must be collected from the ticket office on sighting of current student ID. If purchasing a Family pass, our administration team may be in touch to confirm your family make-up if required.
