Porter Heights Ski Club
Porter Heights Ski Club (PHSC) members are entitled to preferential bookings and special rates for accommodation at the Alpine Lodge. And because of the club’s association with Porters ski field, Porter Heights Ski Club members are eligible for special rates on Porters early bird season passes.
When staying, club members are expected to assist with light duties (stacking firewood, organizing recycling, clearing tables etc) when staying at the lodge. In the lead-up to the ski season, working bees are scheduled to prepare the lodge for winter. In exchange for assisting with the working bees, members receive reduced accommodation rates.
Member Benefits include:
· Reduced rates for adult & youth Porters early bird season passes
· Preferential bookings in a lodge close to Porters
· Special discounted accommodation rates
· Priority bookings for Alpine Lodge during holidays and weekends
· Access to lodge kitchen facilities to prepare lunch
· An opportunity to be part of a group that shares a common interest in snow and alpine activities
· Easy access to an affordable and enjoyable alpine recreational activity
· A chance to share in determining long term operational plans for the lodge and club
· Participation in social events and ski races
We welcome bookings from members and non-members although during weekends, and school holidays, preference is given to PHSC members. Member bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
